Steven Johnson is an experienced customer support manager with over 38 years of experience in the industry. He is a certified ISSA CPT AP professional and a ServSafe Trainer/Proctor specializing in food safety. Steven has extensive expertise in infection control, providing training on effective cleaning practices to reduce infections. Additionally, he is skilled in Green Cleaning, offering training on its principles and benefits.
As an Extended DISC Trainer, Steven helps teams optimize communication and productivity. He also creates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
